EXTRA CHARGES:
Children 12 and under free. Extra person charges (over 2 people in unit) - $30/night/extra person.
SUMMER PARKING:
$8/day
DEPOSIT:
$100.00 deposit due when making making reservation. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION:
If cancelled 30 days prior, $50 plus tax cancellation fee.
